Membership

You can join by completing the adult section registration form and submitting it to the Internal Tournament Director. The procedure is explained in the form itself. The document contains a Dutch and and English section.
Membership fees for the 2025-2026 season, subject to timely* payment, are as follows:

*Timely: before 1 January. After 1 January: € 10,- surcharge. After 1 April: € 20,- surcharge.
**Youth: up to and including age 15. Reference date: 1 August.
Membership may only be terminated as of 1 August of a given year, with a notice period of 4 weeks. In other words, cancellation must be submitted before 3 July of any given year. Cancellation must be done in writing to the club secretary, preferably by email at secretaris@eindhovenseschaakvereniging.nl.
Membership fees are due for the entire club year, which runs from 1 August to 31 July of the following year.
